Sad sad news
I know the bad news is spreading rapidly within our fandom but I'm going to take a moment to share it and pay tribute as well. According to Jim Beaver's myspace page, Kim Manners has passed away.

My deepest sympathies go to his friends and family and to the cast and crew of Supernatural who have benefitted so greatly from his leadership, guidance and friendship. Kim, and his directing talent, is largely responsible for this passion I have for Supernatural and our beloved Winchesters. I'm feeling his loss deeply and can only imagine the grief those close to him are feeling.
My heart goes out to them all.
Rest in peace, Kim. You will be missed.
