Back into the swing of things
Christ, I forgot how busy work can get. It never seems to fail. I can sit and bullshit all day and never receive a call. The second I actually do something that falls within the criteria of my job, the phone rings. :P
Things have been going well here. I've been holding out on renting a house hoping I may get a job offer elsewhere, but I think it's about time I start shopping. I love my parents and all, but it's been just over a year now and I'm ready to have a place of my own. That is unless any of you in Colorado can net me an engineering job. Easy? Oh cool! Kthx. ;)

On the motorsports front, I'm prepping to attend a Rallycross on the third. To my knowledge, it's the first for the local region. Or at least in the last 4-6 years. Just imagine your typical autocross, but put it on the dirt. It will be awesome. Of course, I need to replace my brake booster between now and then and I have a sneaky suspicion that the high school student behind the counter never actually placed an order. We shall see tomorrow and I hope he is there to witness it.
I also attended my first r/c car race for the first time this year. First time I've done off-road in a few years. The real thing is better. Anyone want a large collection of r/c cars? I'm only asking a thousand or two. :P
