Dr's Appt
The end result is a damaged Rotator Cuff. She's pretty sure it's not torn as there is no pain when touched, only moved, so she's treating as tendonitis for now. If it does not improve in 10 days we'll take more drastic measures.
I'm also joining Cat on BP meds, but at half the dosage as I'm borderline Hypertensive (pretty impressive to just be borderline with my letting things stress me out so much lately).
