MOVE INTO OUR HOUSE!!!!!!!!!
If you are a student or just want a good HOUSE (hard to find, especially in the city!) you came to the right place!
We are looking for someone to move in by the first of the month ideally, but the room is available now and you can move in anytime!
Here's the goods:
-free utilities through the months of June and July!
-a very(!) cute non-yappy, non-needy, non-sheddy Boston Terrier. His name is Roscoe and yes, ladies, he is single. Other pets negotiable.
-three awesome roommates! Laura, a super fulltime student/swim teacher for les bébés isn't here a lot, but you'll laugh when she is. Logan, a teacher for children with special needs, is funny, friendly, and provides interesting house trinkets. Lastly, Maxx, also not home a lot, likes cooking good veggie meals for everyone and cheesy 80s romance movies. He crashes on the couch a couple times a week, but for the remainder stays with his girlfriend in the East Bay.
-pot-friendly, but no cigarettes inside please. Maxx leaves in the middle of July (with the pup :( ) with just the three of us staying, so there will be even more storage space available soon, if you like things.
-amazing kitchen with granite counters and plenty of storage (again, this really is in SF!)
-LARGE, AWESOME BACKYARD!!! Perfect for light gardening, includes A STORAGE SHED (yes, stash your crap!), and would be and has been an awesome summer BBQ place. Bring the cervezas and invite your buddies for our soon-to-be housewarming!
-Shared bathroom, with enough storage for your stuff, a tub AND shower, and even an eco-friendly toilet (woohoo).
Ideally, we are looking for someone who wants to stay a while and wants to be house-buddies, not just roommates. We aren't always social, but we like to hangout outside of the house together. You must be queer/gender friendly/generally progressive to get along well with all of us. There is a $600 fully refundable deposit upon move-in, but our super fantastic landlord is generally willing to work with people.
