ROOM FOR RENT!!!!!!!
We are two trans guys looking for a trans/ftm/queer-friendly 3rd housemate. We are one full-time student and one full-time professional and have lived in the house since February 2006. You must be a responsible, respectful, considerate, honest, and clean adult, preferably under 40 and over 20 years old. While friends are welcome to visit occasionally, we are not a party house. We rarely drink and only occasionally at home. Alcohol is ok but not as a habit. Cigarettes are alright outside, and we are pot-friendly although, again, not as a habit. The two of use are quiet, busy, and mostly keep to ourselves, and you must be happy and comfortable with that.
You can move in NOW. First payment is due May 28th. It is a 3 bedroom/2 bath house in Ingleside (CCSF). You must verify your employment or other means of income. First month’s rent $779.70 and safety deposit also $779.70 due May 28th for the month of June ($1559.40 total). You will be put on the lease. It is month to month at a total of $2339.10/month.
The house is on Lee Ave, half a block from Ocean and the K line. 5 minute walk to City College. Balboa Park Bart is 2 stops away on the K, 29, 49, or 9 bus lines.
Available room is 11 1/2 by 11 feet. Bathroom would be shared with one housemate. The “master bedroom” has its own bathroom and is currently occupied. There is a large backyard with a shed for extra storage. (It currently needs a cleaning and organizing). The garage/ground level of the house is occupied by 2 other tenants. We do not have access to the garage, and the downstairs tenants do not have access to the backyard.
PG&E, Water, and Garbage bills are shared with downstairs tenants: they pay half of each of those bills, and we split the remaining half in 3. There is currently cable internet, which may be set up for wireless if desired. There is also DSL internet through the phone line which is another option.
The living room is pretty tight on space if you have any furniture you wish to move in there, but we are willing to compromise. The kitchen has granite countertops and a gas stove, oven, and refrigerator.
There is a dog and a cat already, so please no animals.
