Just read. in general. Read the words, READ what is written, all of it if you can manage. Hopefully with the reading, understanding will follow. And then you react. If it is within your IQ's reach, react appropriately, about what was being talked about of whatever it was that you just read.

You'd be surprised how many people are unable to grasp the concept. Somehow they see the diagram like this:
HALF-ASSED READING ---> REACT ---> REACT VIOLENTLY ---> SHOW IDIOCY.
Interesting.
I'd be amused if it wasn't sad.
And i'd be sad for those people if i didn't find them pathetic, which i do.
