Just Another Movie Outing

Oct 25, 2008 21:58

Okay, I know this is kind of last minute but anybody interested to join ezelthecheezel and myself to go to KLPAC tomorrow afternoon to watch the free screening of 'Waiting For Love' by Da Huang Pictures? The screening starts at 3pm and is the final installation of Da Huang Picture's series of free screening events for this year.

Below is a summary of 'Waiting For Love' (after I editted the language slightly)

Waiting For Love
Director: James Lee

The movie contains three scenes about three different couples, each portraying what may be the turning point of their relationships. In the first scene, Lim & Amelia are a couple who has been together for almost five years. While he works as a salesman and is trying to save up for marriage, the girl is not sure if he's the one she wants to marry. One day he confronts her about a letter from her admirer. In the second scene, Pete & Bernice are a couple who has been together for almost ten years. They're not married because he doesn't believe in marriage. While she tags along, one day she realizes that he may not be the man she wants to end up with. The third and final scene, we see Amy & Lai, a pair of secret lovers. This may be their last meeting... or not. They may have loved each other in the past, but in this scene, that love does not show. This is the third and final part of James Lee's Love Trilogy which offers a glimpse of the life of three lovers.

If you're interested, just reply here/call me if you have my number. =) After the screening, I'm thinking of hanging around KL for a bit, depending on the traffic situation.
