Anyone on the flist who has managed a community before, can somebody explain to me why can't I edit/modify other member's posts even though I'm the moderator? I tried to edit silfa's strawberry soup recipe but I couldn't even switch to HTML mode. Even when I did it in rich text mode, I couldn't click on 'save changes'! (TT_TT) Moderating is tough work LOL.
