Looks like someone's got a case of the Mondays
Today is a great day to be alive. Why? Because I don't have to work on the house I worked on last week. The house we finished Saturday was 25 feet tall at the bottom of the roof. It went up from there. It was steep. I survived. It had a pretty view of downtown Milwaukee though.
Also, I have four days of school this week, four days next week. I'm pretty stoked about that. That might allow us to shingle the cottage this weekend.
Also, I am beginning to forget about my Haunted House experience from Friday. This was not that scary, except for the fat guy in drag who tried to get me to hug him. I said no, but apparently in a Haunted House, "No" means "Keep trying to hug me." Creepy. He said I had to give him a hug before I could move on. I said, "I've got all night to stand here. I'm not hugging you." He called me a killjoy. I won.
