speeding through the cosmos
My first week being a Masters student went overall pretty good. I started off on a bad foot due to the nervousness of going through the whole first day of school I spilled a full cup of coffee on my pants while trying to get a seat on the train and then on the way to school I stepped on a big pile of dog shit on my brand new adidas sneakers! argh!!! We got the whole kickoff speach from the head of the Masters program, and then got divided into our group projects. I got into my first choice project, which rocks! I'm in a group of 15 people and will be making an Interactive DVD for the SOA/AIDS foundation of the Netherlands. Pretty nice because we got full open reign to make something real cool, considering that the instructional video they're using is 10 years old. In my group are 4 AudioVisual people, 2 Digital Video Design, 3 Digital Media Design, 1 Animation, 2 Art&Managament and 3 University students. Craziness! So summer is done for and I'm quite excited for this year. The lack of photo updates has been because I couldn't find my battery charger for my camera, which I'm happy to report I found today!
