18 ноября заказал чай в лондонском магазине H.R. Higgins (Coffee-man) Ltd.
20 ноября Хиггинс прислал отлуп из-за проблем с доставкой:

I am very sorry but we are not able to send your order.
We have been told by our mail service that there is a severe backlog of parcels entering the Russian Federation. They say that no parcels sent since the week beginning 13 November are likely to be delivered for some considerable time. Therefore we sadly are unable to process any orders to Russian Federation at present. We hope this situation will quickly be resolved and that normal service will be resumed as soon as possible. We apologise for this disappointing situation.
We will refund your order and contact you again as soon as the problem is resolved.
