update before spring

Well the new job is going well. I enjoy it. Very physical, but that is alright. Hopefully it will help me loose some weight before the cruise march 2011. :D Pigs are interesting creatures I tell you what. Smart and dumb at the same time. Kind of like a dog. But either way... yeah. I walked from CVS and never looked back. Miss some of the people, but other then that. It was time for a change.

The critters are doing well. I can't believe my Quincy will be turning 3 in a few months. So crazy. I still thing of him as that little pup. And Skylar is such a baby. Oh my lord. Always wants to be cuddled.

The doves are fun, I love doves. Seriously. I have a pile of rats still, lol. I miss breeding, but for now I will hold off. I have 8 girls and 3 boys. Nike passed last month, very sad and sudden. So that makes Bailey the last of the Triiger line.

This is the new girl I am excited to be getting. She was conceived the same week Nike died and looks sooo much like her. She is EPR Almond. Not sure what I will name her yet. :D

I really need a social life. Oh well. I volunteer at Mt. Hope still. But this massive snow this past month has prevented doing much with that. Can't wait for warmer weather. I am dieing to ride again. We had 22 inches of snow. That is the total between two storms. One on a Sat one the following Tues. Crazy.

This was after the first storm! So image even more after that. :P

Have a couple small trips that I hope to do this summer. Blue Man Group again in NY City. The Capitol Steps in DC. I hope to go to A-Day and maybe the Hamburg Reptile show in April. There is White Rose Pigeon show in Aug. I had originally hoped to go to Niagra Falls but I don't think I will have the time or money this year. I might not have the money for both BMG and CS, but I will try.

Taking up a new hobby. I'm learning how to shoot my dad and uncle Mike's guns. I shot the 22 at Mike's house a couple weeks ago, after he replaced the stock. The gun is older then my father (62 years old this year) so it's pretty cool. Once warmer weather comes we are going to Mike's gun club to shot the rest. I am really looking forward to that.

1 - first shot
2 - second
3 - third
And that is 1st, 2nd and 3rd shot I have EVER taken with a gun larger then a hand gun. And first shots I have ever AIMED. The hand gun shots in middle school where at a pile of leaves at close range. These were from their porch down a hill and back into the woods a bit. Maybe 20 yeard or so. Maybe a little more. :D
