Those are two NPCs that came with Nightlife. They both live downtown and they're both filthy rich.

Two NPCs downtownies from NightLife. You can recognize them from the formal outfits they use, and both are suppose to be rich.

Oh, thank you!! Now I can put a face on their names :) I did saw them lots of times but never memorized their names :P

Well, in game their names change in every hood (all Downtownies do), so yeah you wouldn't be able to memorize them. :)
