Does it have to specifically be built to have bedrooms for all of the family members?

No, the idea is just to make room for everyone, hypothetically, so if you're thinking of a dormitory or shared bedrooms, go ahead and try it out. :)

Also, you could copy in a fresh Veronaville if you don't want to mess with the Megahood version you're already playing.

Well, our Antonio has remarried and they're expecting a baby, so they need more room than they currently have in their house... plus we expect Mercutio to move back home after college. So this kind of makeover would work out perfectly for our MegaHood version, I think, with just a few little tweaks. :) Isabella needs something to spend all that money on, too!

Ooooh! I'll do it! I have absolutely no preconceived ideas about the family or the house (other than "what the heck have they done to Shakespeare???") so the result may not be what people expected. :)

I'm going to move out the family and redecorate an empty house. But before I do any of that - at the start, are there any urns/graves on the lot?

No, there aren't so you can go ahead and move the Monty family out.

There are urns on the lot, actually, I think they're the boys' parents' urns. They're in the back in that central hallway, sitting on side tables.

Hmmm... If I move out the family, those will disappear, right? I just don't want any weird bits coming with the house when I move it from one account to another.

I have a question I thought of overnight (not I I dreamt about the sims or anything, it came to me while drifting off to sleep, my thoughts skipping from shooping to sims to price of petrol/gas, etc): is CC allowed or is it supposed to be Maxis only or maybe Maxis match only?

CC is allowed. It would be great if you can accomplish what you want with Maxis-match only but use what CC you need for your vision.
