Dare #034: Fashion Emergency. (mostly) Downtownie edition.

During this month's challenge will be giving new makeovers to (Mostly) downtownies.

At first I thought about picking some of the most hard-to-makeover controllable sims you guys mentioned on the last discussion, but we'll vary a bit to focus on some townies this time, and what better than downtowies (*see ETA note at the end). Imo, some are kind of

Er, pretty sure a few of those sims aren't actually downtownies. The bottom right female adult is wearing a uni outfit, the bottom left male adult and the one to his right are wearing outfits that are either from FT or AL, and I'm not 100% certain on the two elder women. It's possible they're just in other outfits - I spot the second-from-the-right bottom adult male wearing an outfit that's not his normal one - but I'm 99% certain the woman, at least, is actually an LFT dormie, not a downtownie, and I think the two males may be AL social townies. Everyone else is definitely a downtownie, but those 5 I'm not so sure about.

Honestly I looked them pretty much by memory because there's no way to recognize them in any other way, so Some of them may not be downtownies.

I Can't find any kind of official list over the internet or any info in their files to recognize them as D-townies as such, except for the fact that were all included in the same "household" which made me assume they came in the same EP. (I'm pretty sure there are NO YAs in this list, so they can't be from any Uni for sure, but maybe a AL townie got mixed by mistake)

Not sure why anyone else would show up in the same household, but still pretty sure those aren't downtownies - I've been working on a round robin legacy, and my hood is downtown, so I know them pretty well

I'll keep it at hand, but it's mostly them with some exceptions, so I just added a note and will look one by one later to add specific warnings for those sims that don't belong in the EP. It won't make much of a difference for the challenge itself.

But what are the townie's names? I have a default name list, so all of my townies have different names! :(

By defualt, Downtonies names change all the time, just like YA townies. You only have the style to recognize them. I don't know about AL or OFB townies, tho. :)

AL/Social townies keep their names, as do tourists, hobby club leaders and garden club members (because they come from stealth 'hoods, not from subhoods), whereas all shopping district townies, downtownies, dormies and vacation locals get randomized names. :)

Sorry to but in, but I don't think vacation locals get randomized names. They always have the same names for me at least.

I think they get different names in each hood. I already have all the Tricous in my game as playables.

Yes, downtownies get different names in each game (same style, but names change randomly), and those teen aren't "Tricou" by name, but they are known as the "tricou teens" because they are supposed to be Jon Smith's children (outside marriage)
