Real Life Doings - and hopefully, some family pics

It's really cold here in the Bronx, NYC, today - so much so that I'm sitting by my computer with a heating blanket draped over my longjohn-&-sweatpants clad legs! Hope you are warm and comfy where you're at! At least, the weather is bright and sunny from my window, which perks me up!
I got the idea today to see whether I could make icons (Make Icons, she says, she who can scarcely download a userpic!!!) from some photos my daughter emailed to me over the last few months. Not all the photos are good shots but they're family photos, so here goes. I'm gonna go to hell with myself and stick them under the cut, if I can. By the way, the icon is of my daughter, Annette, and my granddaughter, Anisa (she's 6 years old now, I think she was around 4 in the pic).
From top to bottom the photos are: Hannes (my hubby) & Anisa, Annette (my daughter) & Anisa, Anisa, Hannes & Anisa again, Annette, Anisa and me, and Anisa and me again (both when she was pretty young), Anisa alone.
Hope you get a kick out of these! It's a miracle that I've prepared this post, as computer-illiterate as I am. This goes to show, if there's a will, there's a way. I want very much to preserve the images of my family, particularly of my husband, may he rest in peace, who loved Anisa so very much, and she loved him, too! Thanks for looking!
