OTAKON!!!!
IT'S FINALLY OTAKON TIIIIME!!!!!!!!!
So freaking happy it's finally here. It's gonna be awesome - Yamaguchi Kappei will be there and there's a '10 Years of One Piece' panel on Saturday. WHAT MORE DO YOU NEED??? Besides a shitload of awesome stuff in the dealer's room, of course.
ANYWAY.
So sasami999 is already here, and then nickelodeon, danbi, and mousapelli show up tomorrow. Friday Otakon STARTS and we pick up takewing that night. Definitely have to meet up with torte, meganezilla, hitsuuji, and probably 12098310923 other people from mallowmateys at some point, too!! *__* Did we figure that out yet? Are we doing lunch or something? WHO KNOWS. I'll ask Sammi tomorrow. Since she's already gone to bed like I was supposed to before I got the urge to post. >.> Saturday is more Otakon-ing, Sunday...I have no idea yet. Might go back to the con, might not.
I was going to actually NOT cosplay this year, but then Sammi and I were out wandering around today and found STRAW HATS. So then of course we wandered our way into Target and bought button-down red shirts, which we then proceeded to cut up into a vaguely Luffy-esque style. It's the most last minute cosplay EVER and cost a total of like $15. Yes, we're super awesome. \o/ And then I might drag out my PoT jackets for the second day.
Then there are more people coming down for AFTER Otakon, because they're all going to Terminus instead. WHY DID THEY HAVE TO BE ON THE SAME WEEKEND???? Nevermind that I probably couldn't have afforded both, but askljdhfas. I will miss the HP dorkness. Anyhoo, so longleggedgit, jazzyjello, illuminations, and cmere will all be showing up on Monday. AND THEN WE WILL HAVE MORE AWESOME TIMES.
BASICALLY I'M SUPER EXCITED FOR EVERYTHING!!!!
But I will miss you guys who can't be there. ;__; NEXT YEAR!
