The New Zealand authorites are totally 4real
"WELLINGTON, New Zealand (AP) -- New Zealand authorities have blocked a couple's bid to officially name their new son "4real," saying numerals are not allowed.
Pat and Sheena Wheaton said they decided to name their new baby "4real" shortly after having an ultrasound and being struck by the reality of his impending arrival."
"[Registrar-General Brian] Clarke said the rules are designed to prevent names that are "likely to cause offense to a reasonable person." Satan and Adolf Hitler were proposed names that have been declined, he said."
The couple wanted to name their child because the impending birth was quote, "4real." Well that ruins my chances of naming my kid, 'R2D2.' Although naming your kid '4real' is funny, I'm way more interested in the couple that wanted to name their child 'Adolf
Hitler.' I mean, are they really trying to fuck up their kid's life?
