Moving Estimates
So far, I've talked to 3 moving companies. The smallest one, Moishe's has impressed me by their efficiency. They called me on Sunday, and they came by today to do a site survey and give an estimate. They seem to be well organized. Their price is right around where I expected it to be.
I got two calls from the same local contractor of Mayflower, and both times the person making the outbound call just forwarded me blind to someone else. I am not impressed. The first person had me go through my apartment and describe all the furniture I'd be moving over the phone. He gave me a quote on the high side of the range I was expecting. The second person was confused as to why I was called and said I have everything needed from them.
Got a call from a third mover, Allied (well, another local contractor). They're visiting Friday.
