Dear Maxim,
We are doing a book to be called Visions of Earth, which will be based on the National Geographic magazine feature of the same name.
We saw your image (attached) of the Burj al Arab hotel in a lightning storm in the February 2010 issue of the magazine, and we think it's
great and would like to include it in our book.
Our plan is to use your photo at 2 pages in size. Do you have a large scan that you can send to me for this purpose? I can send you
our FTP site info if you would like to send it that way. Or perhaps you can use a free online file sharing service like YouSendIt.com.
Also, I am attaching our standard permission form for this project. Please fill out the information requested on the last page, sign it, and
return it to me at your earliest opportunity. We are unable to publish stock images unless we have this form in our files.
