Cha-Cha-Changes

Well there was some changes this morning at the office regarding some job titles and responsibilities. Laura will be our fourth CDD (Community Development Director) instead of a project coordinator. She will be handling the Passport to Fine Dining program, Chelsea/Manchester Relay For Life, Milan/Saline Relay For Life, and the Coach's vs. Cancer program. She will be moving into the office with Jen as well, leaving an open spot with Erica.

Since Faith & Laura used to help me with the mail, covering the phones, and my breaks (Faith is now a Community Program Coordinator, whose going to be out of the office more, and Laura whose the new CDD), Tami and I will be recruiting a new AA to help me with those responsibilities. That person will be part-time/full-time (we haven't decided yet and the new position will be on the web soon) and have some of the job responsibilities that I was having. Some of Laura's old job responsibilities will be transferred over to me as well such as me ordering all of the supplies for the events, sometimes answering the phones, etc. More will be discussed later of what I'll also be doing. I will also be moving offices on June 4th, when Melissa leaves and Laura goes into her office. I'm not sure if I'll get a pay raise yet as well.

So, some changes in the office are happening and I think they're working into my favor. This also doesn't mean that I will stop job hunting at UM, but it will help me transition into UM and off the phones for the most part.
