Ha! So I changed my Woodstocks Pizza four-star review on yelp to a two-star review (based on the crappy service when I wanted delivery). One of the co-owners emailed me because I took away the good review, and they really only want good reviews, and wanted more details about what happened.
I told her. I hope they take it into consideration. I'm not sure if I'll remove the review if they say that they can't start delivering to our area, but if they do change their delivery area, I'd be more than willing to change my review again.
I guess people really do pay attention. Although not when I send them an email directly, only when I change my review on yelp. HAHA!
