Making a post past the time when the year changes. Yay.
So things have happened since the last time I posted a rather short and pointless Writer's Block post a few weeks back and since then, I haven't really made another post. The reason for that is due to the fact that I haven't really been willing to write about anything in particular that has been happening at all. These past few weeks have been really stressful on my part with final exams at the beginning of the month partially to blame. I've also been dealing with some personal struggles that I'm kind of not proud of. However, I'm making an effort to work on these flaws of mine that I have.
This year, or previous year, or whatever year this may be whenever anybody may read this post actually has some good times and bad times. Come to think of it, it may seem as if the bad times far outweigh the good times. But right now that doesn't matter. There are many things to look forward to even though we may not know what will happen.
Come to think about it, there were several good things about 2011 worth mentioning. First of all, I graduated from high school, started my first semester of college, and even managed to learn how to play some guitar during the final moments of the year, even if it was just a little bit. I'm able to live another day and I'm able to spend time with my family. These things to me are enough to make me smile.
As of now, I've made some changes to my livejournal. One notable change is that I changed the quote at the top left corner. Also, I have also changed my default icon to something that I am actually satisfied with. I've kind of gotten really tired of seeing my face as the default icon.
Yeah...
In my opinion, Wolf Link holding up the shield is a far cooler icon than my face in my opinion. But that's just me. To make this long post even longer, I'm pretty much way too awake right now and I have no idea why. I'm hearing all of the neighbors lighting fireworks all over the place and one of the neighbors' dogs freaking out due to all of the explosions. And also, I apparently am unable to receive a picture message from my friend for some odd reason. Hmm...
Anyways, this is all I'm going to write about now. I'm going to do something else to pass the time before I end up going to sleep. Watch, I'm probably going to be in bed around 3:00 in the morning like the past few days...
