I LOVE the crying effect in the first icon from sweet_illusion! How did you do that, if I may ask?

It was doing image tween in Adobe Image Ready. On one layer above the bg, I painted two white dots right under her eyes. In the next frame I moved them down to the last position I wanted on her cheeks. Then just used image tween. If you still don't understand, I could make a tutorial, but it would be in Image Ready, which would suck if you don't have it. :p
