F**K you Spell Check
I'm quite sorry I haven't posted in so long, but I've been running around like a chicken with its head cut off for the past few months. I do want to take a second and say FUCK YOU SPELL CHECK saying that my name is incorrectly spelled every time I write an e-mail....
Reminds me of my first argument with a 'very special' person here in Champaign. I wanted to buy a train ticket to go and visit my brother using the student advantage discount. The person did not do a very good job explaining the fact that I needed to activate my card and blah blah blah...after I activate it I give him my driver's license that shows my CORRECT NAME not some short cut or make believe last name to make it easier for people in this country. He made mention that my last name was then my actual second last name and added a middle name using my first last name, so I explain to him that where I come from things are done differently. He then turns to me and says that when using STATE IDs the last thing on the name is ALWAYS the last name and the word in the middle is then the middle name....WTF???
(FEISTY ALARM SOUNDED OFF WARNING PEOPLE OF IMMINENT DEATH) I then reply with FIRE in my eyes grasping to the counter that separates us that I KNOW WHAT MY NAME IS SINCE I'VE HAD IT ALL MY LIFE....He then suggested to do things on-line so that I could write my name however I wanted (suggesting that I'm not following the rules).....................
