I doubt bin Laden on that point; my friend in Iraq told me a funny story about an IA ops center that we helped them setup. Apparently, it took a good six months to get the IA enlisted and officers manning it to stop using their computers for porn and actually use them for small tasks like counterinsurgency instead.

This reminds me of an article written which logged who was searching for really kinky porn on Google. Apparently, the Egyptians and a number of other Middle Easterners are really big into Google searching the most bizarre porn available. I mean bizarre porn even by my standards (if that were possible). I guess all the violence is a result of sexual repression over there. Really. Shame on them.
