What would you change about your life? Your family? Your living situation? Your Friends? Your Boyfriend/Girlfriend? Your Life? Your Finances?
Let’s face it. We all have things about ourselves we want to change, whether they are big or small. Some people dread, even avoid change, while others seek it out like the next big thing, latest fad or adrenaline rush. But change isn’t always what we think it is. When it comes to changing our lives, we think it only takes a certain amount of determination, drive and discipline. But there’s much more to change.
Change is something that we all want. But even when we discover the path toward change, it doesn’t mean we always take the path. Sometimes; many times, we choose to stay on our own course. But that can be a dangerous and deadly course that, according to the Bible, leads to destruction. Your vision reveals some frightening facts about our own course toward change. And we discover that if we hope to make change that will last for eternity, we have to acknowledge the signs and determine that the time is now for changing lanes.
When it comes to change, it’s great to start the process. It’s vital that we connect with the true change agent, Jesus Christ, and begin to walk down the path he leads. And we must understand that along with change comes conflict; and when we work through the conflict, we experience amazing growth. But what’s next? How can we hope to maintain the changes we make as life moves forward? Because when it comes to the process that is change, we must continue building on the foundation Christ has laid before us.
So life is all about change, will you be willing to change and follow the path that Christ leads. I hope so! Im starting, whose in?
