This is so fantastic. I love the way you write both characters, and I also love that you're writing Mercedes, since no one else ever does. This is cute, funny, and so freakin' charming. Loved it!

Mercedes is absolutely awesome, she deserves so much more attention than she's given (both by fandom and RIB.) I was really, really pleased to find such a well-written fic that focused on her :)

OHHH my gosh, I cannot agree more!! There's a severe lack of Mercedes-- especially in fandom, which I've always found slightly ridiculous. My other favorite pairing involves Kurt, and she always gets shunted out of her role as best friend in favor of Rachel or Quinn (for some strange reason which I've never quite understood). And don't get me started on RIB. I can't EVEN with them anymore, I swear.
