friend of mine wanted the ingredient/recipe list for my Stir-fried Squid and Mushrooms. i did her the favor of taking pictures when i got around to making it again. the recipe is easy....so if you guys want a copy of how-to's: don't hesitate to ask me. this is good for diets because it is cooked under olive oil and there's different ways you can approach this dish; like spicy - it could be a spicy dish for those who crave spicy squid but personally i do not like spicy and recommend this dish to be more of a sweet/olive-garlic/lime blend....something that can make you salivate..rather than burn you but it should be fun.....
