I went iceskating last night with the singles from church. It was a lot of fun! I've only iceskated a handful of times in my life. Less than 10 I'm guessing, although it might be right at it now. When I was little, and Kristi Yamaguchi was in the Olympics I wanted to be her when I grew up!! I had never iceskated in my life but man, I was gonna be her! Iceskating is a nice workout.... It would be nicer without having to dodge children falling and speeding past you, but hey! I really wanna go back. I honestly don't like the rink in Jeff City--they don't clean the ice enough so it gets really ridgy and you have a "snow" buildup on top of it. However, that's the best we have around here (The only rink I've skated at that this is better than is the one they opened in Egypt in 8th? grade that they didn't clean enough or it wasn't cold enough...either way it had inch of water on top! tho the more i think about it it was probably less water than that but it sure felt like that...you fell and got up soaked....). Anyhow, who wants to go iceskating with me sometime???? (preferably not on a Friday night because it's kinda busy).... Oh, and after iceskating we went to Mexican food next door. And leaving, sadly i was the lead car, and I got on 54 west instead of east and had cars following me... Brilliant! Fun times, new people, all that good jazz!
