(no subject)
Well last night was fun, I was leading in two office pools and was already counting my 1500. Several friends came over and we drink beer (rare for Mav) and watched the game. All I needed to have happen was for Illinois to win. Of course North Carolina won and the onlyh prize I ended up with was a bunch of dead soldiers to throw out.
My Aunt in Italy offered to fly me over to go with her to Rome for the Pope's funeral, but I just felt I would lose some of the spirit as I'm smooshed by 4 million people. I have Thursday and Friday off, so I might go up to my cabin and watch the funeral on TV early Friday. Those that know me well know I am very Catholic, so this is an interesting time to me, and I'm looking forward to following the process of the new pope selection...not something that happens every day.
Blue is good, she has a plateful and a half in front of her all the time. We spend what time she has available together, and we both know we love eachother very much and schedules will ease eventually. I miss her when I'm not with her, and try to be there when she needs me. I think the thing I most love in life is her grinz.
I'm waiting for Geritol to call me to be a Spokesman.....I turn 43 this month.......that's 301 in dog years (hey I'm part Wolf after all)
Work is good, I have things running pretty much how I want them to run, which of course means everything will change soon. I'm just enjoying it while it lasts.
Well there's a quick update in Mav's life, I hope life is treating all well, and that everyone is smiling at every opportunity.
