New Year Fairy Tale

Jan 01, 2005 00:14

For many of you, this will be the most bizarre journal entry i've ever done. few will understand it, and well, that's just how it is, lol.

The world was a day away from beginning its second orbital revolution around its single star, and the young knight was speaking with a gigantic fairy. this knight had been a squire for such a long time, and in the past summer, had just achieved the noble rank of night. at this time, the knight was concerned with getting the necessary equipment to ride his horse across the land, making a journey to a 4 year stay in the kingdom of De. Also, the knight was rather infatuated with a young princess he'd met during his travels. like any upstanding knight, the knight sought to win the lady's affection. upon speaking to the fairy, he learned new developments of his desire of parternship with the princess. When the knight heard this progress, he paused for a second, and let out a familiar warcry:

FUCK!!!!!!!!!!

Upon this, the knight then preceded to bash his skull in with his mighty iron helmet. Then the knight gathered up steam, and he huffed, and he puffed, and he blew it all out in a giant venting to the 3 little pigs.

the first lil piggy said, "yea, i know how that goes."

the second lil piggy said "I've got no clue, never been in a predicament like it."

and the third lil piggy said, "join the club, i'm screwed too."

after the following sunrise, the knight then went to a small festival in the land. the princess, and another knight were there. as were many other women of nobility and talented squires. There was much joy and music and laughter at the gathering. Unfortunately, due to being summoned by his native land, the knight had to leave the festivities earlier than planned. The knight returned to his home castle for more native gaming that lasted to the stroke of midknight. At which point, the brave knight made a warcry wishing new seasons of happiness. it was a warcry that was undoubtedly heard by the neighboring castles aswell. the knight then sent word to the kingdom he had just left wishing the same seasons of happiness to those he had left behind, most notably the beautiful princess herself.

after delivering his message, the knight thought back to the previous evening, during which the fairy asked him his feelings of the princess. having not seen the princess in quite a time, the knight could not give the most honest response, as distance and time have odd combined effects on the human heart. the knight was generally a logical young man, who didn't generally believe in things such as fate, but he was sure that at the least, he believed signs had showed him that whether or not he and the princess were meant to be, he was undoubtedly meant to compete for her hand. he decided he would try to see the princess within the next few days to come, and he would most certainly try to be the lady's escort to the great winter ball of the land. and although the knight would go to sleep having doubts about what the future would bring, the same knight was relatively content with what the future would bring. and he would continue having romantic dreams of the future, and hopes for greatness in the years to come.

The End.

that's my odd little piece. happy new year everybody!!
