Good News: I will be performing at the Sony Ericsson Open in 2 weeks! (that is, if i can figure out how to fill out the silly w-9 form). did I mention i get $250?
Bad News: a guy I knew killed himself last friday. He was the singer in Maxx's band (Sound Cannon. very good stuff). I don't know the details. I didn't even know him that well. But I did meet him a few times and he had sent me some very nice messages about my music. He was very talented, and I pray for his family, close friends, and bandmates.
I hate suicide.
