Her I knew about. Hopefully they'll get her a better outfit (one that fits a short curvy woman as opposed to the tall skinny-minnies that she was surrounded by). Sadly, though, I don't think it's going to be a Black Widow/Hawkeye movie. Woe!
I had issues with the Thor movie (the pacing was just so wrong - it all takes place in 24-48 hours and he goes from grandiose douchebag to redeemed hero in that short of a period of time?) that affect my views on the character.
But thinking on it some more, if they'd give Thor back some of his cheek and make a Thor/Hulk buddy movie, I'd be all over that. (Just ditch Natalie Portman. Give me Darcy, but no Natalie. Hell, let Thor make out with Darcy. That would be okay!)
Girl, I watched Thor because everyone said it was good (and lets admit it, Hemsworth is hot). I watched Captain America because I'd heard it was actually good (and while I enjoyed it, the story was still kind of...slow? which origins stories somehow always tend to be). Iron Man I actually only watched because people kept saying it was good (and it was, but even given my love of Pepper Potts I still haven't seen Iron Man 2). It was purely coincidence that I watched all of them, and my knowledge of the origins of the characters is really, really limited (and I feel like Cap is still the only one of those three with an interesting background). If not for Joss, I wouldn't have seen this movie at all, given my general lack of emotion regarding Thor and vague like of Cap. I never was a Hulk fan in the day and it could have easily been a movie where they went "and lets throw in a hot chick". So I'm kind of like you in that we're not "Fans" in the same way others are
