Oh you just have to love the bureaucratic bullcrap. And of course, it was in that small, narrow freaking window you were out of the house that they called. Oy!!!!

Red tape is awful anywhere it seems. Have you tried calling the Agency and embarrass them with this glitch? I think I would.
