Shameless Plug!!!!!!
First things first, Mr. Mav and I are fine. He is still recoveing from his big operation in May and the doctor has informed us that yes, he is indeed medically retired now, but not officially. The doctor won't make that official until at least six months to a year after the surgery, so we have a wait still until we can 'retire' and move, so I'm going to enjoy my last true autumn and winter.
Now for the shamless plugging. Our cousin (her Mum and Mr. Mav are first cousins), Kate Turner (as seen in my last two 100_Snapshots posts) is embarking on her singing career. Last night her debut video was released on you tube and I (in my completely unbiased opinion) think it is fabulous.

I'll be trying to stay more current with my LJing, but it's been a bit lax lately due to my whole life being in limbo. That isn't a complaint, I have nothing to complain about knowing that others have true and serious issues I would be a twonk complaining about a bit of a delay.
