I want to read a story about a hero who wants nothing more than to be evil - to be the hyperdramatic, handwringing anarchist-murderer at the center of every juvenile revenge fantasy - and yet they are forced to be the hero, because the naturally-occurring evils of the world are so much greater than the hero could ever wring from their tiny little soul.
