-it was the "first time [he] inhaled" in his life
- my mom tried to smoke with him once in the seventys when she was a nun and he was a priest but he coughed and dropped the joint on her nightgown, burning a hole in it.
-at one point, with greatest hits of 3 dog night in the background, he goes, "i donno guys but i think it worked. my cheeks are as though they are burning... its almost... the neuromolucules are popping in my face [giggles] i dont know but if i'd probably sing like a bullfrog too! [pointing at the stereo, playing "Mamma Told me Not to Come".]
