yeah i think she's pretty too but i don't feel so retarded doing it. except for the parts where you need flexibility...

i've borrowed the first one of my friend. months and months ago. i should probably return it actually.

i feel dumb. i just feel like i can't do any of it right.

i'm so not flexy either. and can't even bend over and touch my toes.

ohhh... i don't do so bad. i think it's cos i used to dance when i was younger.
i can't touch my toes either my knees just bend by default.

i think it moves a bit fast at times. i hate how i just automatically mirror image instead of going right when she says right.

how long does each session take and how often do you do it?

i wanted to get into pilates but that took up an hour and a half each session and that is totally way too long.

i don't think it takes long. i think it's less than an hour for the warm up, work out and routine. i've only done it about once a week so far.

do it linda! it's pretty cheap too.

pilates and yoga wasn't for me. i was too inflexible. and in both classes i attended about 3 years apart i got in trouble for being horrible at it. and for laughing alot cos i was crap.

pfft, forget going to classes.

though i did attend a self defence class with my 13 year old cousin. i ran out after (no shit) 3 minutes because it was too intense.

i'm so weak.

classes suck. i get the death shakes. the teacher pushed my leg back to stretch it... i'm on my back and my legs start shaking uncontrollably and fly out out of her hands. she didn't find it as funny as i did.

woo join the club! fit to strip is for you. but if you're like me you'll have to sit down randomly sometimes...

i just have 1. I'm all achy now from doing it yesterday but it was so fun. I didnt realize how clumsy i was! and no hips!! haha. thw worst part is when your bent over and cant see the tv i keep having to stretch my neck up to see if im getting it right. the sure make those moves look good, i look like im an elephant on parade.

ohhh i forgot about that! hahah yeah i had no idea what to do when i was bent over. you just turn to the side and just turn your neck sideways!
i can't do the floor exercises. i cracked my lower back in such a strange way i couldn't sleep the other night.
you're more like an ant on parade, lilia!
