AH!
So this weekend was great! Friday class, library, summer counselor job
offer, a nice run, dinner with Patti and some uptowning, and then a
night all by myself (which I enjoyed ALOT). Then Saturday I went to
Logan with Jon. He had to go to his bank and that was the closest one
in the area and after that we had lunch, then we went to the Sakura
fest which was pretty cool. I took pictures of the Sakuras (cherry
blossoms) and took pictures of my Ashamoleigh in a kimono. There will
be pictures posted soon. I promise. Plus, to all my Mentorians, you
need to put faces with names and such. But yes, and then my daddy came
to help fix my car (Peggy was here too) YAY! :o) And they brought me
belated goodies that I didn't get to get because I was either here at
school and/or I didn't get to see them over break. Long story, but I
called my dad several times! I swear! I still feel extremely upset,
which brings me to a tagent in my thoughts but eh, I'm posting this
public and I don't know who reads this and what not, so I'll just
mention when I get a chance in a private posting. Anyway, after they
left I had dinner with Danielle and then went uptown b/c Patti got her
ears pierced and then I went to the SOM (where else would I go? I don't
party on my weekends. I just chill, practice, do my homework and now go
on walks/runs). And then Patti and I ended up talking for a bit about
lots of stuff (good conversation) :o) After that I practiced from about
10:15ish to 1:30ish and headed back to my dorm. On Sunday, Laura and I
went running at 9:30 am by the river, which was very nice and peaceful.
It was great though because we "ran" (ha! no pun intended! hardee har
har!) a marathon that was going on that we didn't know about so... we
rerouted ourselves. When I returned from that, I showered, ate lunch
with Danni and NiNi and then headed to the SOM again where I prepped
for my SAI examination. I'm pretty sure I passed (and NO! It didn't
require me to drink goats blood but this test was just as bad). AHH! I
think I passed. If I didn't then I'll be really confused as to why b/c
yeah. We all know why (we as in SAIers). And yeah. Then I had dinner
and made a trip to Wal*Mart with Michele and Josh. JOSH's dad works for
Edy's so he gets free icecream! Isn't that AWESOME! Totally!!! hahaha
Who any, alright I'm dying. I may not be posting as much still because
I have 21 credit hours, a job working 10hrs a week, I'm TRYING to get 3
hours of cello in, and then there's piano, percussion, now practicuum,
and then my homework on top of that! AHHHH!!! Alright, well it's bed
time. I'm hopefully running in the morning, but if not that, I'll
definitely be going swimming (indoor pool) with Laura at 7:30. So night
night to all!!! :o)
