Fic reccomendation
Am reading, quite possibly, the most incredible fic I have ever read. It's called... something in another language...Dulce Decorum Est, I believe. I know it's Dulce something. It's by Lady Jaida, of Shoebox fame.
It's an AU, and the other AU I read and greatly enjoyed, but am too lazy to link, was called "Promises Unbroken". PU dealt with what if Sirius had remained Secret-Keeper and the war hadn't ended that fateful Halloween night?
Dulce deals with what if You Know Who had chosen the other boy that was "born as the seventh month dies". How would all lives and friendships be different? HP->bland. calm. Slytherin. DM->excitable. not nearly as cool and unaffected as HP. Gryffindor. NL->famous. met RW on the HE. fast friends. Gryffindor.
Wow. I am reading this rather than doing work, which is an "er...oops?"
