The updates I've found so far:
- paper shredder on far right chair; click 3x
- Sarah Palin has a new effect on the first click
- right desk cabinet has additional effect; 3x total
- upper left curtain valance
- flowers on desk
- back middle cushion of the sofa
- wall light sconce above the presidential seal
- light switch next to door
- the effect for the equestrian statue above the door has changed
- 3 additional effects behind door; 6 total, now
- statue of Justice, next to American flag
