I AM EXCITE
HEY so guess who's going back to school in January? :D :D :D
I'm all signed up for classes and I've finished my FAFSA. Now I just need to search around online for (gulp) loans. The good news is I only need about 2K in loans for a year. All told, that's relatively manageable. And that's only if I can't find a job that will let me make more than that working P/T.
My plan is to finish my core stuff at the community college and at least get an AAOT degree, which I can then transfer to any school in the state. I'll finish at either the UO or Portland State, if I'm up there at that point.
Oh, and I'll be majoring in art. EEE!
This is a big step for me, after years of nothing school-wise. I am ready to go back, though, now that I have an appreciation for how much good it will do me! And now that I'm not terrified of being in debt. If it's what I have to do, I'm willing at this point to just suck it up like everybody else and go for it.
