I climbed around campus and went to this nifty open-mic thing at the commons block.
Things I learned today: You know those funny rain-shelter things? Yeah, you can totally get on top of them. At least in Vanier. I did it from one side, but I'm not sure I'd want to go with the side on the SL end. Of course, I found out after the fact that I wasn't supposed to be up there, so if I decide to take that route again, it'll be at night.
Secondly, in the men's bathroom, it's kinda painful to squeeze over the tops of the walls between stalls for the toilets. There was no one in the rest of the room, so I figured I'd give it a shot. Like I said, it was kinda painful, but all told, easier than I expected. Things like that tend to be a matter of getting the will to do it than actually DOING it.
I REALLY wanna learn to play harp now. The open mic thing was really cool, 'cause a lot of people got together and played guitar (we had about four pianists and about twenty guitarists) and listen to music. Fun times. And to think I would have spent that here studying instead--
Wait, crap.
I have a French quiz tomorrow.
I also have homework due for French tomorrow.
French is my first class.
F***.
Well, that went well.
I'm sure I can figure out some other way of abusing the campus over the weekend. It'll be fuuuuunnnnn.
