We had three courses of fondue for dinner tonight.

Sooo good!

First was the cheese fondue: Extra sharp cheddar cheese, beer, Worcestershire sauce, dijon mustard, dash of cayenne cheese sauce with crusty bread, granny smith apples, and lightly steamed broccoli and cauliflower for dipping.

Next was the meat fondue, which was chicken cooked in oil. I made sweet and sour sauce, curry sauce, and horseradish sauce to dip the chicken in once it was cooked.

Then last, and by far Lucas' favorite, was the chocolate fondue. Mmmm! We dipped bananas and kiwi. (I couldn't find strawberries.) Lucas went insane; he loved it so much. While we were making it, Lucas said, "Daddy, close your eyes." And when Mike complied, Lucas said, "Mommy, can I have more chocolate chips?!"

Very fun dinner.
