An eye for an eye...

Yesterday I had an epic fail with contacts, which led to an acute case of conjunctivities. Pink eye. So that sucks balls. I ended up calling in today because, well, it's pink eye. I can barely focus on an object for more than a minute, can't see bright lights, am irritable, and it's contagious. Suck.

So it's stuck at home time for me. The good news is I was able to turn the brightness down on the TV and finish rewatching Dollhouse season 2. Fricking awesome show, great ending. A couple hours after I finish I get a text from my sister that the series is on Amazon extremely cheap on blu. Got it!

Woke up to a banging at around 12.30 this morning. Which sucked because it took forever to doze off with an agitated eye. Unsure what it was. Could've been the door, but who knocks at 12.30? And wouldn't they be more insistent? Maybe it was something upstairs, maybe Fischer dropped a lighter bowling ball, causing a ruckus without damaging the floor/ceiling separating us. Maybe it was the gunfire of a hoodlum down the road. Maybe it was all in my head.

I want to update on what's been going on with me, but so much and so little have gone on. From my nights out with friends and castmates, seeing movies, imbibing and getting a bit ridiculous, the job hunt, Sweeney Todd, and the all-encompassing joy that is Here Come the Mummies, my life is filled to the bring with activity. But in the long run, nothing changes. I work my crappy job, do theatre and choir to keep me sane, and occasionally play video games and watch TV.

It's funy - how each moment can seem so important, but when looking at the stream of things how small it can be. How small, yet how grand.

...blah. Nap time.
