(no subject)
So I survived the flight. I am also having an amazing time. Honestly, everyone has been so very nice. Also somewhat entertained that a few people have immediately just started talking to me in Dutch. Apparently I fit in!
I'm sure some might think I'm being boring; after all, I'm in Amsterdam yet I'm not partaking in either the Red Light District or the coffee shops. Not to say I haven't walked past the brothels (highly entertaining, I might add), and sat with Brendan in the coffee shops just drinking cafe au lait while he goes green.
Over the last few days, I've drunk a lot of coffee. XD
Right now I'm hanging out on the houseboat (which is FUCKING AWESOME) which Brendan has gone to see a show. I'm watching South Park subbed in Dutch, snacking on paprika Doritos. Life is good.
