So, looking for pictures of antique dolls to use for reference for the new project. This is more decidedly going to be a hybrid I think; facial features and other details like the traditional Japanese doll but the body itself more modeled after the European ball joints. I did however find pictures of a jointed Meiji boy here. I really like the fact that the backs of his knees are concave; makes it easier to pose him in a kneeling position I would think. Lovely.

Also aside, WAAAAAAAAI~♥♥♥ Many thanks to those who humored the Jack. Both Jacks! Feral and I had a blast. Much much fun.
