Quick question to those of you who play SMT:Imagine.
So what's the deal with Black Frost? Is he fusable, negotiatable, whatever? No one seems to have a straight answer asking around, the wikis don't specify (that I can find; if it does, please point me that way), and the forums are intimidating. So, yeah. Any useful information would be wonderful.
