I can haz mainstream yuri?
Well, goddamn. I found not only one but two yuri manga that don't make me roll my eyes or want to vomit too much. Voiceful and Tetragrammaton Labyrinth, both part of the "Strawberry" line published by Seven Seas. Who knew? o.O
Voiceful is about a hikkimori and a singer and totally not the type of thing I'm into but I thought it was really sweet; the first chapter of the main story reduced me to a pile of emotional goo. It was much too short though, and the other short stories in the end were kinda meh.
Tetragrammaton Labyrinth, on the other hand, is right up my alley. Nuns and demons and heavy artillery. (It's like Chrno Crusade with a loli demon instead of a shota one. XD) And of course the first volume ends on a cliffhanger ARGH. *chews nails*
